Who Manufacturers these seats?
We do.These ARE NOT Berkline (TM) Coaster (TM) or anyone else, they are 100% ours. Our goal was to sell against those brands by providing a product that is as good as Berkline's but lower than a Coaster price. We think we did that.
Why are they so inexpensive?
We don't have any stores, we have a warehouse which is inexpensive to operate and we don't advertise. Plus, there are no middle men here, (well aside from us) we import and we sell to you. Most other people import, sell to a reseller and then sell to you. You aren't paying the reseller his margin here.
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes! We are located at 794 Golf Lane, Bensenville IL 60106. Call ahead at 800-554-3504 to set up an appointment! We are open Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30pm CST.
Can I return my item?
Yes, we want happy customers! If you are unsatisfied for any reason you can return your item with a 30% restocking fee plus all shipping charge incurred (including shipping to you and return shipping to us) within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will be happy to provide freight bills to calculate the total cost. The items must be returned in new condition in the original packaging and arrive at our warehouse within 30 days.
If there is a claim, we ask that you document any damage by taking photos of the damage and submit a written claim to our claims department within 7 days of delivery of the item.
All replacement and refunds will be processed after the returned item arrives at our warehouse and an inspection is completed.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
Because we are also selling these items locally and offline, it is sometimes difficult to ensure stock availability. You may call us at any time at 800-554-3504 to check availability. If your item is out of stock we can provide you with an estimated delivery date.
What method of shipment do we use?
Most of the items we carry are in stock, ready for immediate shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

What happens if I cancel my order?
If you cancel before your item is shipped, we will give a full refund. After it is shipped you will be required to pay the round trip shipping plus a 30% restocking fee (the fee is there because freight carriers typically can't redeliver a shipment to us without a severe risk of damage).
